The superior quadruple room is airy and well-appointed. Satisfactory breakfast with gluten free options, fruits plus fresh pastries, the staff is friendly.

Booked a room with wooden floors. The location was particularly good in the shopping area.

Really enjoyed the hotel, it is wonderful and clean, has marvellous and super location in reasonable priced restaurants. The room was bright and elegant with terrace and the staff nice! Location: the venue was next to the town centre of Marina di Carrara. I dined a few steps away from the hotel at Bagno Zaza.
Nothing, all was good!

Last time I stopped, had well-appointed and nice styled room with kitchenette. The staff was particularly helpful and attentive in all services. The location was ideal and decent, not too far from a public beach.

We recently stayed at Hotel & Residence Exclusive and it was the perfect hotel for our large family. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, providing plenty of space for everyone. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the beachfront restaurants and the center of town. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including delicious pastries and sandwiches. The Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly good, keeping everyone in the family connected throughout our stay.
My wife says that she wished there were more activities for children at the hotel.

Such a comfortable stay for a business trip. Spotless hotel, great location in front of the sea, satisfactory breakfast. The room was new-fashioned and the staff were friendly and exceptionally pleasant. Good beds and a good sized balcony and a dining area. Location next to the town centre as well as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and La Spezia. And close to Carrara Fiere...

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork throughout. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely atmosphere. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or excursions specifically catered to senior guests. The children working there did a great job, but perhaps some organized outings or entertainment options designed for older individuals would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

The room was airy and spacious with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. Particularly good and stunning location in a better area, met the demands. Moreover, it was close enough to La Spezia, and the local restaurants, bars and the beach😀
Nothing, all was good.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even offering a terrace to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Additionally, the breakfast selection is better than some of the higher-rated hotels I have stayed in.
All was great, no complaints.

Great breakfast! Clean almost brand new room
The town is not a good destination but the hotel is a great stopover point. It was one street away from the beach so an easy walk but most of the beach is closed to the public. The hotel seemed like more of a spa than a hotel. The room was very modern and stark. We didn't like the town so decided to only stay 1 night instead of the 2 booked. The management wouldn't give us our money back for the second night.

Hotel was very good, clean, in a modern and elegant design ( despite it is a 3 star) with big & bright rooms with new furniture, bath and good bed staff, Balcony was big as well but we did not use it due to to sight seeing till late night. Another 3 great things about hotel is free Wi-Fi Internet in the room, free hotel parking and cheap (10Euro) and very good breakfast (coffee, fruits, pastry, tea, eggs, cheese and etc). Staff was very friendly as well!
Location is perfect if you are travelling around as it is close to Cinque Terre ( 30 min by train) and to some Toscana places ( E.G. Lucca, Pistoya cities) but Marina Carara city itself is not the best one as it is nothing to do there except having rest on the beach. Not many restaurants, cafes, bars. But if you are travelling actively location will be great.

Great location just steps from the beach! Delicious breakfast and the room was quite spacious with plenty of storage for our clothing.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows felt like rocks. The staff, although friendly, were not very helpful when it came to providing information about the area.
